It is designed to your address, and northern Quebec snow loads are among the highest we engineer for anywhere in the country. Purlin spacing and gauge are set by the load at your site rather than a provincial average.

Will my drawings be accepted in Quebec?

Quebec municipalities expect structural drawings sealed by an engineer licensed in the province. Confirm what your municipality requires for your specific project before ordering, and we will supply drawings that meet it.

Yes. Where a municipal planning committee asks for French documentation we provide it, which avoids a round of delay on the permit.

Do farm buildings follow different rules?

Some agricultural structures on properly zoned land are treated differently from commercial and residential buildings, but a municipal authorisation is generally still required. Check with your municipality early rather than after you have ordered.
